Plodding Along was shown as an interactive installation in a symposium where guests interacted with the tents before finding their seats and were then shown the two films.
Plodding Along is about two walking trips I made in Scotland. It is about the decaying of one relationship out of which grew another. It is about the overlapping of beginnings and endings. The first tent is loneliness the second companionship but throughout both is evidence of the affair. Because it seeped into both relationships temporarily binding them together. But now the old is decaying releasing its hold upon the new.
